21+ Only — Adults Only Platform

Responsible Gaming

Gambling should be entertainment, not a problem. ult700 provides tools, limits, and support to help you stay in control and play safely.

Our Commitment to Your Wellbeing

ult700 recognizes that while the vast majority of our Members enjoy sports betting, live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and slot gacor titles as a form of entertainment, a small percentage may experience gambling-related harm. We take this risk seriously.

This page outlines the proactive measures ult700 has implemented to promote responsible gaming, the self-control tools available to every Member at no cost, and the external support resources we recommend if you believe your gambling behavior is causing financial, emotional, or social difficulties.

Responsible gaming is not just a regulatory obligation for us — it is a core operational value that informs product design, customer service training, and platform monitoring systems. We are committed to creating an environment where entertainment remains entertainment, and where Members who need help can access it without stigma or delay.

21+ Age Restriction — Strictly Enforced

ult700 operates under a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Indonesian law and our licensing conditions require that all Members be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. This age threshold is higher than the general adult age of majority (18) in many jurisdictions, reflecting the heightened responsibility required for real-money gambling.

Our age verification process includes:

  • KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card) verification: All Members must upload a clear photograph or scan of their KTP showing their full name, date of birth, and KTP number before any withdrawal can be processed. Our compliance team cross-references the submitted KTP against your account registration details.
  • Automated age calculation: The Platform automatically flags accounts where the date of birth entered during registration indicates the user is under 21 years of age. These accounts are immediately suspended pending manual review.
  • Behavioral monitoring: Our fraud detection systems monitor login patterns, device fingerprints, and IP addresses to identify potential account sharing or access by minors using an adult's credentials.
  • Parental reporting mechanism: Parents or guardians who discover that a minor has created an account on ult700 using false information should contact support@ult700.cam immediately with the subject line "Underage Account Report". We will close the account, forfeit all funds, and implement technical measures to prevent re-registration.
Zero Tolerance for Underage Gambling

Creating an account on ult700 while under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account credentials, constitutes a material breach of our Terms & Conditions. Such accounts will be permanently closed, all deposits forfeited, and we reserve the right to report the matter to relevant authorities if required by law.

Self-Control Tools — Available 24/7

ult700 provides a suite of responsible gaming controls accessible directly from your account dashboard. These tools are designed to help you set boundaries before problems develop, and to enforce those boundaries automatically without requiring ongoing willpower.

All responsible gaming controls take effect immediately upon activation. There is no cooling-off period, no approval process, and no waiting for the next billing cycle. You are in full control.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your account over a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period. Once the limit is reached, the Platform will automatically block additional deposit attempts until the next cycle. Limits can be decreased immediately or increased after a 24-hour review period.

Loss Limits

Set a maximum net-loss threshold over a defined period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Net loss is calculated as total deposits minus total withdrawals. When you reach your loss limit, betting is suspended until the next cycle begins, preventing you from chasing losses.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum continuous session duration. After the specified time has elapsed, the Platform will automatically log you out and display a reminder about taking breaks. Session time limits help prevent marathon gaming sessions driven by fatigue or emotional decision-making.

Cooling-Off Periods

Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, place bets, or access your account balance. Cooling-off periods are irreversible once activated — you cannot cancel them early.

Self-Exclusion

Permanently close your account for a minimum period of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period, even if you change your mind. After the exclusion period expires, you may request account reactivation, subject to a mandatory 7-day review period.

Marketing Opt-Out

Unsubscribe from all promotional emails, SMS messages, and push notifications. Opt-out takes effect immediately and applies to all future marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions for Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. Transactional messages (withdrawal confirmations, security alerts) are not affected.

How to Activate These Tools

Log in to your ult700 account → Navigate to Account Settings → Select Responsible Gaming → Choose the tool you wish to activate → Follow the on-screen prompts. Changes take effect immediately. If you encounter any difficulty activating a responsible gaming control, contact our support team via live chat or email and we will apply the control manually within 1 hour.

Self-Assessment Checklist — When to Seek Help

Gambling becomes a problem when it interferes with your financial stability, personal relationships, work performance, or mental health. Many people with gambling problems do not recognize the warning signs until significant harm has already occurred.

We encourage all ult700 Members to periodically reflect on their gambling behavior using the checklist below. If you answer "yes" to three or more of these questions, we strongly recommend reaching out to a professional support organization listed at the bottom of this page.

Problem Gambling Warning Signs

Have you ever spent more money on gambling than you initially intended, or continued playing after reaching a limit you set for yourself?

Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to cut down on gambling or when you are unable to gamble?

Have you lied to family members, friends, or colleagues about the amount of time or money you spend gambling?

Have you borrowed money, sold possessions, or neglected bills to fund your gambling activity?

Do you gamble to escape from problems, relieve feelings of depression or anxiety, or cope with stress?

After losing money gambling, do you feel a strong urge to return as soon as possible to "win it back" (chasing losses)?

Have you jeopardized or lost a significant relationship, job opportunity, or educational advancement because of gambling?

Do you need to gamble with increasing amounts of money to achieve the same level of excitement or satisfaction (tolerance)?

If You Need Help Right Now

If you are experiencing a gambling-related crisis — including thoughts of self-harm, overwhelming debt, or severe emotional distress — please reach out to a crisis support service immediately. In Indonesia, you can contact the national mental health crisis line at 119 ext. 8 (24/7, Bahasa Indonesia). For international support in English, contact the International Association for Suicide Prevention at befrienders.org.

Proactive Behavioral Monitoring

In addition to the self-control tools you can activate voluntarily, ult700 employs automated systems that monitor Member behavior in real time to detect patterns indicative of problem gambling. These systems analyze factors including:

  • Frequency and duration of gaming sessions, particularly overnight sessions or sessions exceeding 4 continuous hours;
  • Repeated deposit attempts within short time windows, or increasing deposit amounts following losses;
  • High-risk betting patterns such as betting all available balance on a single wager, or rapidly escalating bet sizes;
  • Multiple failed withdrawal reversals (canceling a withdrawal request to continue gambling);
  • Account access from unusual locations or at unusual times, which may indicate compulsive behavior;
  • Customer support interactions involving distress, requests to bypass limits, or language suggesting financial hardship.

When our systems flag an account for concerning behavior, our Customer Protection team will reach out proactively via email or phone (if you have provided a contact number). This outreach is non-judgmental and confidential. The team may suggest activating a cooling-off period, setting deposit limits, or connecting you with external support resources.

In cases where a Member's behavior poses a serious risk to their wellbeing or violates our Terms & Conditions (such as depositing funds that clearly exceed reasonable discretionary income), ult700 reserves the right to impose mandatory cooling-off periods or account closures, even without the Member's explicit request.

External Support Resources

ult700 is a betting platform, not a healthcare provider. While we provide tools to help you control your gambling, we recognize that some Members may need professional counseling, financial advice, or peer support to address gambling-related harm.

The organizations listed below offer free, confidential support for problem gambling. They operate independently of ult700 and are staffed by trained professionals.

ult700 does not endorse or guarantee the services of these organizations, but we include them as a starting point for Members seeking help. If you are unsure which resource is right for you, contact our Customer Protection team at support@ult700.cam and we can provide guidance.

Gambling & Financial Responsibility

Responsible gambling begins with responsible financial planning. ult700 recommends that all Members adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Only gamble with discretionary income: Money used for gambling should be funds you can afford to lose without impacting rent, utilities, food, healthcare, education, or debt repayment obligations.
  • Set a budget before you start: Decide in advance how much you are willing to spend on gambling this week or month, and activate a deposit limit that enforces that budget automatically.
  • Never chase losses: If you lose your budgeted amount, accept the loss and walk away. Attempting to "win it back" by depositing more money is the single most common path to gambling-related financial harm.
  • Gambling is not an income strategy: The odds are always in favor of the house in the long run. While some Members win significant amounts on sports betting, togel draws, or mix parlay accumulators, these outcomes are exceptions. Do not gamble with the expectation of generating consistent income.
  • Separate gambling funds from savings: Do not use money earmarked for long-term goals (emergency fund, retirement, children's education) for gambling. Keep gambling funds in a separate account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) so you can track spending clearly.

If you find yourself regularly depositing money you did not intend to spend, borrowing from friends or family to gamble, or lying about your gambling expenditure, these are serious warning signs that your gambling has become problematic. We encourage you to activate a self-exclusion immediately and seek support from one of the organizations listed above.

Support for Family Members

Problem gambling does not only affect the individual — it impacts partners, children, parents, and close friends. If you are concerned that someone you care about is experiencing gambling-related harm, ult700 offers the following guidance:

How to Recognize Problem Gambling in a Loved One

  • Frequent requests to borrow money, or unexplained financial shortfalls despite regular income;
  • Secrecy about time spent online, or defensiveness when asked about gambling activity;
  • Emotional volatility — irritability, depression, or euphoria — correlated with wins and losses;
  • Neglect of work, family, or personal responsibilities;
  • Withdrawal from social activities previously enjoyed;
  • Unexplained sale of personal possessions or valuable items.

How to Start a Conversation

Approach the conversation with empathy, not judgment. Express your concern using "I" statements (e.g., "I've noticed you seem stressed about money lately, and I'm worried") rather than accusations. Offer to help them access support resources, and respect their autonomy — you cannot force someone to stop gambling, but you can make it clear that support is available when they are ready.

If you need guidance on how to support a loved one with a gambling problem, the organizations listed in the External Support Resources section above offer family counseling and advice services.
